Am I the only one who has more trouble doxxing myself more on Nostr than on previous social media like platforms?

I think it’s got something to do with the openness + the macro community being much more tech savvy (which is also a massive plus)

I’m not powerful or rich enough of a person that I am staying somewhat anon to protect my station - just prefer my introverted privacy. And it’s not like doxxing is gonna make me the hot topic. 🤣

I’m torn. Actual profile pics are welcoming but I also don’t need this face on the inter webs more than it already is. Maybe it’s just degrees of comfortability.

Thanks #[0] for creating the bug in my ear. Helpful perspective.

So long as you provide authentic communication it shouldn't matter what you present as 🤙

Fair point! Thanks!

I understand completely. I feel much more comfortable being myself here than any other platform but I keep my face off purposely. I think it’s easier for people to gain a genuine sense of who I am.

I don’t see a correlation between putting your face out and being welcoming. I think your words, how you use them, and energy behind them do that plenty. Some of the sweetest faces belong to miserable people.

You are powerful. You are rich. Don’t speak down on yourself. You’re thoughtful. You’re amazing🌻
