They can be healthy and unhealthy depending on the amount you consume. Just like everything! This question holds absolutely no value if we are to start comparing things because I can make water deadly if it's dose dependant.

You have to ask yourself if you are dropping seed oils which obviously is wise if you're over consuming calories. But what are you going to replace it with? Fuck load of saturated fat and think thats healthier?

You think there’s an amount of lettuce someone could physically eat that would be unhealthy?

I don’t believe that’s possible.

Probs not on the lettuce lol. But my points is that you, nor anyone I speak to about this seed oil thing can give any solid evidence behind your beliefs.

I’d check out this interview cate shanahan did with nostr:npub1kyk7ac33apd7cx0nun3laevf84zfhr8pt8kj4h8v7cpx9t72d4gqkyea0g

Read chapter 7 & 8 in Deep Nutrion by Catherine Shanahan to understand the evidence about why seed oils are bad for you. It is not a "belief" that seed oils are bad - they are.

You are years behind on nutritional data and there is a mountain of evidence against your opinions. I bet you can't even explain what you think you're fighting against either, it's embarrassing.

Nah man - you are. I eat natural - im guessing you are fat and sun burn easily. Enjoy your seed oils 👍
