I love how all the conspiracy nutbags believe that China was doing gain of function research on SARS-COV-2 while also denying that the virus even exists.

(many of which had zero actual illness and were just a positive test result)
The explanation for the cluster of illness is hypothesized to be contagion spread by a micro-pathogen, but this hypothesis must be tested rather than assumed, if you wish to offer a scientifically sound explanation of events
