I did already.

10/10 would recommend.

Not joking.

You are, The Buddha🤔?

Technically I experienced Kenshō, which is initial awakening. I'm not using the word to categorise, more to help you understand, if you want to pursue it.

The short answer is, I didn't look for it but it found me. Turns out the Buddha (and lots of people since!) was right. I had no idea. Enlightenment is real and you too can experience it. Though "you" won't exist anymore. Or rather, you'll realise you never did exist.

Like I said. 10/10.

Very interesting stuff. You must have done an awful lot of meditation to get to the point where you're at. I'm not religious per se but I do subscribe to Buddhist beliefs. Maybe one day, when I let go of my ego, which I find difficult, not because I'm "Egotistical" just because I find it hard, mentally to disconnect from "The self", then I might start making some solid progress towards the intended goal.

Zero meditation. Zero studying books or techniques. I just realised on day while talking to my wife that I'd hit a paradox in my thinking I could not solve. Usually you just fight it, but for some reason I decided to give up fighting it. I woke up the next day without thought. It was wild.

Wow!
