Any subject, if you only can recommend one book to an important person of your life what it would be
Iβm almost finished Praxeology by Knut svanholm. Pretty good book, but more about human action and how we value certain things.
What books have you read?

I finished Hidden Repression by Alex Gladstein a couple weeks ago. It was very good!

I couldn't possibly recommend one book, there is too many great ones... but if you really pinned me to strictly one, then it would have to be the first one we know of, The Bible π
That one already on the list, but is more for the end of the year, i like to read books that passed the time test, but i read everything i can put the hands on ππ
Neil Stephenson's "Anathem," or anything else he's ever written.

So the Bible is not a book but a collection, therefore The Richest Man in Babylon might be a good fit.
