You can talk about but if they don't listen to you they won't, people listen to a specific person most of the time, odds are most of the time that person isn't you.

For me, I'll talk about finance, saving, investing, crypto, etc. If they're interested then good, if not I'm not wasting my time, and energy convincing them.
