100%! I completely understand. I am a property manager, I manage 100+ units so I am familiar with the workload at that size! That's exactly what I'm talking about, sounds like you did great. I do actively manage real estate so that's my point of view I think with the right systems it's totally doable and still frees up a lot of time while creating good source of cashflow and wealth over a longer period of time as it pays itself down.

But I totally understand the frustration sometimes managing a portfolio can be draining and expensive lol but with some good protocols in place it can be pretty simple to manage in my opinion. If an individual can leverage a couple hundred thousand to buy a 10 unit or a 20 unit that cashflows 5-10k per month, that can be life changing long term and allow them to freely buy more bitcoin and love a good life while providing housing and amenities and also work/income for other families.
