Literally it's just by being yourself, post whatever you want and just put in the time. Try to aim for 5 posts per day minimum, it's easier when you actually like doing it and genuinely want to help others. I consider Nostr like a public diary. That's just my two sats ✌️

Nope, because if it's your tribe they will think 5 post per day is not enough and will want more.
