Hey at least when in a bear market for a while, you can put that cash into bitcoin, when you're ready to go all in. Lets you get a good deal if you can. You'll get there!

It's ok. At some point it'll make sense why fiat cash holdings are unnecessary. You'll remember that borrowing is a thing and that you can take an overcollateralized loan to pay for things that need cash. The bitcoin is always going to be stable enough for that, thus the stability of fiat becomes unnecessary. Your reasons to wait may have been good ones, so don't feel bad!
