After you pay off the mortgage, I’m assuming.

It’d be kind of unideal to be converting money you need to cover the costs into monero.

I have a fairly good amount saved up that will *hopefully* be enough to buy outright or with a very small mortgage (1k a month at most ideally) but unfortunately my plan kinda relies on the housing market crashing hard soon.
