Sleep, exercise, diet?

7 hours of sleep, yes my work is exercising full range of motion all day, as well push ups at home and light weight lifting. Diet eat food when I’m legitimately hungry, I try to keep it simple most of the time with the food. Steak, pork chops, chicken something like that most days.

As your doctor I am prescribing you to eat only real food. Nothing processed, ever. Report back in a month.
