They are Bitcoin transactions, but not ones that are submitted to the chain in the normal case. The threat of a Bitcoin transaction signed by both channel parties is enough to keep everyone honest.

So if i have a Bitcoin Transaction Id,would it reflect on the Lightning Network?

And what are Node Public Keys,Aliases,and IP addresses?
