Ok, so, not that age actually means anything to me personally, but I’m curious…

Is going to school at 50+ unacceptable for some? I recently had someone tell me that is “…ridiculous at your age to expect to get your degree now…” like there was an expiration date? 🤓😂

I thought perhaps there was a bit of jealousy…I joined the military at 17 and then onto a career in Marketing and Technology with an emphasis on Communications. I did not need a degree for that…then onto an Executive Casino Host for Caesar’s Entertainment and didn’t need a degree for that. (This was one of my favorite career choices, but it was never meant to be my retirement.) after that was, Verizon Tech…degree not necessary as they provided a very in-depth 8 week training…this was also quite unique as we were directly connected to Apple and, in all honesty, our techs often helped the Apple techs….

So, now, I’m getting my degree in Computer Science and the only debate I have is if I should continue on, or take the degree and be done with schooling.

What if I want to be a professional student? 🤔 anything I should consider?
