I'm not aware of any way to do that. I won't ever upgrade to 11. It's such a friggin' farce.
I would suggest you switch to Linux os. I quit using Windows several years ago, because even then they were getting intolerable. Now that i've been using linux, i love it, and i would never go back.
Which linux os are you using ?
I like Mint, its easy to use and there'a tons of support if you have questions. Another thing i love about linux is that whenever i want/need a "new" laptop, i just look for a used one, wipe Windows off, and install Linux. I just ordered a spare Lenovo Thinkpad for $300. No more paying $1,000 or more for a new laptop.
I buy a refurbish X380 yoga. I'm ok for using linux, i using it few years ago, but that model can be use as a tablet, on windows it rotate automatically the screen, i saw that function + some touch screens function doesn't works on linux.
Even if there is a way to bypass it now, the trend is clear and soon enough, there'll be no way around.
My guess is that using Windows in 2024 is asking for trouble.

Anything is better the windows.
Try Ubuntu, or Mint, or PopOS, or MiniOS, or Elementary (all linux). They are user friendly.
