I think for me it is "This is horseshit. I would like to prevent it, however that pushes Bitcoin into a fractious, protracted, high-drama debate, which Bitcoin's enemies would love to herd us into, in lieu of being able to *actually* break Bitcoin"
Here, I depart slightly with the hand wringing over mempool censorship, but largely agree that the "cure is worse than the disease".
