There are websites to request deletions, but it's just that, a request. They don't have to be honored, though most do. The larger issue is not knowing where your notes were sent and rebroadcasted. Whenever I reply to you, for example, your note is sent to all of the relays that I use. The client I'm using does this automatically. This helps with decentralization.
