Would you keep 2GB worth of other people's contact lists in the disk of your phone so that Amethyst could compute WoT natively in the client?
That would be on top of the current 3Gb for the current caching (videos, pictures, AI translation models) and not include any of your own posts/dms or notifications.
And likely that will grow as nostr itself grows.
How much storage can the app use?
Raw json? Sounds too big

It's a jsonl of all follows + reports + mute lists of everyone on Nostr, compressed.
Ah but computed graph with timestamps would be much smaller
hum.. I am not sure how much better it can get since it's about 2 million keys. If we assume 100 follows in each, just the graph index alone is already 800MB (4bytes to link each follow record).
