name change: nostAnger to vectr

Hey- I was rushed when originally creating my account and picked a crappy name.

Lately I’ve felt rushed to fix it , and now I’m picking a slightly less crappy name that will take months to bother me.

Will be spending more sats for an updated nip05 too I guess.
