Does anyone know a country that USPS ships to where mail tampering is legal? I don't want to have to fill out the PS Form 1583 just so I can pay someone to recieve my mail on my behalf.

I could just be a reverse porch pirate, stealing my own packages off of someone else's porch, but that's sus AF.
