Yeah, I am working for a big company and every 2-3 years they need to change everything... It's never better since with the bad they throw away the good too... Constant state of inefficiency...

Yep! That's how we are. When one reorg is done, I swear to fuck we start on the next one within a year. It's a constant 2-3 year cycle every 2-3 years. I bet I've seen 5 of them since I've been here. I'll have 15 years in a couple months.
