Sometimes our moods don't fit inside a cookie cutter styled reaction. Custom emojis are fun and allow us to uh... customize our reactions in expressive ways.

Yes. It's sad to think that some people are getting a lot of reactions, but not aware that it's happening, thinking no one is responding on their notes. Not everyone Zaps.
