Right now you select images from your kind 1 feeds to add to your gallery. (By going full screen, share -> add to gallery)

The other way would be to simply post images in the multimedia tab (in the middle) and these would automatically end up in the gallery and be synced across clients that use NIP68.

So kind 1 media (screenshots, shitposts etc) would not end in the gallery but those media files you chose to post in what Olas calls "high quality posts"

Currently there is no way to delete a video from Amethyst gallery. Also would be great if a long press would also allow for copying the url because it seems that the relays don't load the note consistently.

The video thing is a bug that got introduced recently. Sent a PR to fix this.

If you can somehow long press the corner of the video tile that has white space, you'll get the delete popup.

It took me a few attempts but I was able to delete videos from my gallery that way.
