It has been almost a year since I lasted posted on Nostr.

Essentially my life turned upside down, we closed our market garden in Rainbow, moved 4 hours away to the coast and listed our home and vacant land for sale.

We are now in the process of setting up our second market garden, this time in a area where people actually care about good food and health.

It has been a depressing journey for the last 12 months but the light in shining through again. Glad to be back here and posting again

I'm back also after a long absence from nostr.

it's extremely hard to make people aware of healthy living that includes knowing where your food comes from and the condition of food in the commercial landscape.

Thank you. I have been playing around with Twitter but really don't get any positive interactions on there. I was having a good time on Flote before that imploded, Nostr is far better than both Twitter and Flote.
