Well probably now I understand why he shoot. After being dragged by a car and now hit probably he had all the right to be quite scared and fed up of this behavior. A car is a weapon. More deadly than a gun. If people attack with a weapon they forfeit their right to be trained nicely.
The ICE officer who murdered Renee Good has been identified as Jonathan Ross. There seems to be a pattern with him and incidents involving vehicles, as he is the same officer who was dragged 100 yards in Bloomington last year. https://cdn.nostrcheck.me/7e1a8f9865591ffe9d8add063e5bf783a8bc5766afacf1764724271561381121/4bdc8ef301c61c4095f998bf1516dbb375cc16f60c56ab811639012997a70651.webp

"The Department of Justice says in its Justice Manual that firearms should not be used simply to disable a moving vehicle. The policy allows deadly force only in limited circumstances, such as when someone in the vehicle is threatening another person with deadly force, or when the vehicle itself is being used in a way that poses an imminent risk and no reasonable alternative exists, including moving out of the vehicleβs path."
