I reached out to one of my clients for a follow up on his website and he told me he wasn't getting any business inquiries at all. I attached myself as a secondary forward address and I've gotten 4 in the last 2 hours. Turns out, his email app didnt check the spam folder so he never received any inquiries. Horrifying, but at least we figured it out and whitelisted the address 😅.
