The issue is that those places are being made shitty by foreign policy now more than ever before.

There's such a thing as too many too quickly.

And also, maybe we should stop chasing them out of their homes.

It's the same fiat system that breaks our money behind the need to plunder foreign resources in order to service the endlessly compounding debt.

ICE probably isn't the right approach to address it. But not addressing it at all certainly isn't either.
