Anyone know why Phoenix wallet keeps saying I am over my balance when trying to send sats far under my balance?

Just type in the sats and wait a second I’ve seen this too but it clears up with a bit of patience

I would like to test elecrtum ln wallet but when onchain tx are 1 sat/byte ~150 sat can't be bothered to lose more sats converting and submarine swaping to balance those ln channels and whatnot...
