Being a new farmer, I have to say that one of the best "highs" is when you have the first litter of your own for each species.

Rabbits > lambs > piglets.

Each one comes with its own challenges and joys, but it has always been such a sweet experience, closely followed by being able to harvest and eat that same animal. We were definitely meant to live this way.

Next up is trying to figure out how to breed my guard dog and get the chickens to actually brood!
