This week I am struggling to hit my target of 3 episodes per week

Lots of excuses

- moving houses

- looking after small kids

- back from holiday

Blah, blah, blah

I've failed to manage my guest schedule well enough, and that's on me

The funny part: who's actually judging accept for myself? Answer: no one...

Which got me thinking...

Often we're our own worst enemies

Is it really the end of the world that I am potentially not going to hit a target I set myself?

No

Does one week of slight miss-management destroy the hard work and value creation thus far?

No

So f*ck it

"Relax" I've told myself

Tomorrow do better

You don't fail, if you don't stop

Our mind can definitely be our worst enemy at times. You’re crushing it, man. Don’t stop

Thanks for the support Avi. Really appreciate the kind words

Another observation is as the solo founder, one is often making decisions alone, so having people to help you through really means a lot
