If I thought up a Bitcoin business idea and needed an app created as you mentioned that includes the test code, do you think that would work where I could implement it right out of the box or are there other aspects of the build I’m neglecting to see?

I have a few ideas but the cost associated with building the apps I want would be astronomical.
