Has someone figured out in autistic detail how best to consolidate transactions?
At the moment I have most utxos in 500k to 1mil sizes.
Should I consolidate further?

I would recommend to check based on your personal setup.
I don’t really worry about it too much. I leave UTXOs from 1 to 5 million sats
