There is a place on Hood Canal in Washington State called Lillywaup. It sits east of the Olympic Mountains, where the glacial run off meets the salt water of Hood Canal. The Oyster beds there produce amazing Oysters. Some of the best.
Worth the drive if you’re ever in Washington.
Though i think Lillywaup Oysters does 12 hour delivery to some places.
