I'd probably use black hoodies, get a large soap bar stencil for the back and use a bleach spray. 
Stencil and bleach spray would look mad.
The bleach stain would almost be the right shade of orange.

I use AliExpress app for that, $6 cotton t-shirts that are the same quality as locally sold $40 tshits but made in China instead of Bangladesh.
Huge range of customiseable tracksuits and hoodies anything a sports team wears with their team logo on it.
The quality veries, and most sellers want you to pay first then send them the pictures and wait.
Mostly transfers, but some of the t-shirts sellers do screen prints and that's more like $15 each unless you're buying in bulk.
You can also get custom transfers in bulk on there for next to nothing if you already have the clothing to put them on.
Pricing in Australian but because of tarrifs it will probably be priced similar in us$ or maybe a little more.
