today i will focus on digesting my experiences in a different way. when negative emotions (eg, judgment, fear, frustration) arise, i will not express them either outwardly thru words and actions or inwardly thru spinning and repeating thoughts.
instead i will slow down and focus on experiencing their actual energies. the actual physical sensations of their energies. i will see if experiencing this raw energy nourishes my path instead of distracting me from it.
i guess the experiment is, can fear, judgment, frustration, etc propel me instead of stagnating me?
we shall see! (if i can even keep this in mind to do as negative emotions arise 😂 stoopid minds... they are so full of themselves 😤)
