I do not hold much hope. He seems incapable of learning from mistakes (you need to acknowledge that you made a mistake to learn from it, if only to yourself)

He is obviously very egotistical, but I think his business success means he is able to learn from mistakes. If he doesn't learn, it means he is the maddest talker in the history of hype men .. which is possible.
