Looking at the preparations Israel does for its response I'm afraid at the end of it Gaza will be Carthage.

The loss of lives was painful but for Israel just as painful was the humiliation and the signal of weakness given to its other enemies. And there are enough of them.

Probably they're going to throw everything at it.

Well that's also the stated reason for why the Americans sent ships and aircraft closer to Israel, I think Biden also said it to anyone listening in that area "don't think about doing something while Israel is busy dealing with this".
