The avalanche of real estate for sale will be amazing when they realize they can just buy $BTC, $STRD and $STRC ... never mind about all that worry about property taxes, gutters, renters, roofs, disputes, desposits, etc.
Bitcoin is 30% CAGR, $STRD (Strategy preferred stock) has an annual coupon of 15% currently paying quarterly and , $STRC pays yearly 10% and pays out monthly.
why the hell own real estate as an investment. I own my home and I like it .. but it's a home, not an investment. My kids grew up here ... I kicked out two wives from here .... lots of fine memories and more to come.
