I don’t think so. Why this advance praise? Just because they have many followers somewhere else? And honestly, we don’t really need them. Different medium, different customs, different dynamics.
Many of the nostr "influencers" are devs. Totally different landscape here. That rules shift isn't easy for the normie to comprehend. Features, not bugs.
