Finally the truth comes out I've been wondering and investigating that since covid started turns out I was right again. The answer is both (haven't read the article yet) just my strong hypothesis. The earth is school so we have to pay a student loan we can never repay back. And prison for fees we can't afford and won't pay. Calling it a debt on death row. God save us all.
