Coconut is not a common ingredient in Japanese dishes 😉

It ain’t? Ohp well the dish still tasted great I think the one that had was a taiwanese bakery that had it setup

The whole sticky rice, coconut and mango dish is Southeast Asian. Thailand, especially. I know this because I can eat that stuff every day. 🐷

Yeah sounds like it. We don’t use mango’s in dishes either.

I mean both dishes were bomb the only complaint I had was not getting seconds of both 😅 my compliments to the chef & baker
