Yes I’m quite familiar with them. First time I saw them was during a Vipassana course in Igatpuri, India. I was quite young. I was intrigued. Since then I get a new set whenever I visit India or Nepal.
They are best hung out side the house, where the air freely flows everywhere and the sacred prayers on those flags are carried away by the free-flowing air, from and towards all directions. The effects are immesurrable, unfathomable, timeless
