Hm... No, actually. I sometimes see relay announcements fly by and I even run my own.

A good way to find some random relays is to just type "relay" in the search in Primal or Snort and see what comes out. There is also a sort-of relay index at nostr.watch (i think?) and some more info to be found in the related section in awesome-nostr: https://github.com/aljazceru/awesome-nostr#instances
