I'm all for more efficiency and less corruption, but tasking the CEO of one of the largest government contractors to oversee government spending sounds like more corruption.
I imagine this will be litigated and the legal argument will be based on 18 U.S. Code § 208
Just a hypothetical - if Elon’s companies gained, say 5% of the amount they cut, would be not still be better off?
