Maybe DNS not resolving?
Maybe a silly question, I'm trying to use https://legend.lnbits.com/ to setup and test it.
But I appear to be getting the domain / IP / port wrong or can not find the correct details.
I'm using the domain, is there a better address to use?

A slash is not problem at an end of URL. Even a normal web server requires it and does a redirect to root with slash if client browser requires without one. If you have a problem i recommend to clean a site data in browser - you can have a 301 old not correct saved redirect for example.
