A bit of leeway should be granted. The App Store review process is and has been a source of contention and frustration since its inception. Inconsistent guidance, enforcement, wording and so on. A single reviewer can completely derail an app, but a different reviewer would approve it without a second thought. That’s why it’s important that the community make their voices heard.
