It's funny when you're arguing with idiots who berate you for being an anarchist and they're like "consumer choice regularly makes mistakes, they can't be trusted to make their own decisions," and I'm like yeah, their choices suck. Arguably I'm poor for that very reason. But your solution is to put trust in a system that is inventivized to manipulate information if it does anything at all? And to exclude independent verification? And to thereby cram certain products down people's throats by effectively eliminating all other choices except to the smartest people who happen to know how to escape it? Really? That's your fucking plan?
