Texans are so annoying with how they talk about freedom. ‘Merica, freedom! We can have guns and tigers! Can you possess marijuana? Nope. Mushrooms? Right to jail. Can you get an abortion? Sorry, jail. Hypocrites. They only believe in freedom if it is in line with their evangelical Christian values. Otherwise, right to jail.
It certainly is odd how varied the perception of the meaning of freedom and how many consider that the restriction thereof should be dictated by centralised authorities. Fundamentally, all sides within statist mindesets devolve to hypocrisy
