During the pandemic I just got to hear about all that stuff second hand as I was working in a restaurant. Glad to say my Zoom is all done on a work owned computer -- not contaminating it with any personal stuff. Not that I employ Satoshi level opsec or anything, but "bring your whole self to work" is just a surveillance tactic anyway.
