I live in the state of Georgia...🀣Pulled pork is almost a religion.

I'm always interested in different spice mixes.

Simple and Easy Pork Rub Mixture

5 Cups Paprika

3 Cups Brown Sugar

1 Cup Garlic Powder

1 Cup Onion Powder

1 Cup Salt

1 Cup Pepper

Β½ Cup Celery Salt

Β½ Cup Ground Mustard

Β½ Cup White Pepper

Mix it up. Rub your butts. Wrap them in plastic for a few hours or overnight to get the flavor in there. Makes a few quarts, so readjust accordingly. When cooking the pork, add a can of pineapple juice for added flavor and tenderness!
