Yeah, there is not enough of a user base to get a reasonable network of people with interests other than nostr and Bitcoin.

It feels that way to some extent. I’m encouraged by some of the content in a technology sense. And I strongly believe in the privacy and fundamentals of the design constructs. I do hope the space succeeds in adoption at scale.

I don't know why communities didn't work out. A Reddit style nostr client would be great for discovery and plugging into like minded people. The UX is a bit glitchy on Amethyst for communities.

That does sound appealing. I’ve struggled to keep up with the active development of implementations (clients and other) at times here. I just have limited time. I’m trying to move more into active use of Amethyst. It’s feature rich. Damus has been my daily driver. I need to explore more and expose myself to other opportunities to engage with others.
